WEALEY, rose
Name: Rose Weasley
Age: Sixteen
Year: Sixth
House: Gryffindor
Celeb Claim: Danneel Harris
Height: 5’4
Weight: 110
Peircings: None
General Appearance: Whether one likes or hates Rose, it cannot be denied that she is a pretty girl. Her rich red hair, which reaches just below her shoulders, contrasts her fair skin quite perfectly, in her opinion. And sometimes hidden behind the front locks is a pair of striking blue eyes which, though perhaps an icy color, can often be described as soft and kind. She has high cheekbones and fairly soft features all around, but that’s not to say that she is incapable of giving a hard stare. Indeed, when the girl gets upset, one can tell, especially when her normally soft eyes become as cold and hard as their icy color.
Beyond her face, Rose stands at a fairly short height of 5’4, but she’s gotten past caring anymore, and has in fact grown rather fond of her shorter stature. She has a thin figure, but it is not bereft of curves, and she knows how to flatter it without flaunting it. Still, some might find her style a bit different, as she tends for some crazy prints and isn’t afraid to save her favorite pair of jeans with a patch or two. You won’t find her on any day, however, when she’s not wearing a certain bracelet around her wrist – a simple braid of blue, purple, and teal pieces of cloth with a hole-punched penny strung onto it.

Overall Personality: Rose is the kind of person who likes to do things for herself, and prefers not to have things done for her unless it’s completely needed. Most of the time, she likes to do things her own way, with out other peoples opinions. So Rose may not be a good person to work with, unless you really know her, because she tends to take things into her own hands and will just dismiss other people’s opinions. Most people tend to think that Rose takes her school work seriously. Yes, to some extent she does. But when she’s nagging people over not doing things properly, it’s more like a habit then anything.
She is a very determined and stubborn. Rose finds that is someone can do something very well, she can do better. This blonde girl will stop at nothing if something needs to be done right away. Heck, if she needed to, she’d stay up all night. But she’s also as stubborn as a mule. Literally. Tell her to stop working on something, or ask her to do something that she doesn’t want to do at the moment; she will continue giving you a flat out ‘no.’
Bossy. Yes, that would have to be one of her bigger flaws. Even though she doesn’t mean to do it, like many other things, it’s more of a habit. People have joked around with her that she’s a ‘drill sergeant’ at one point of her life. Working with one person is fine, and she takes everything into consideration, but with a group of people she will give out orders to people. A few examples would be during big group projects, or if they’re given a certain assignment to do out of class, Rose will take over the ‘leader’ position.
Rose is the type of person who will stop at nothing to try and help anyone with anything. She hate’s it when she knows people are afraid of something or if they feel helpless. It annoys her really. Like a war for example. It’s leaving people without families, and children with out parents, She hates it when people suffer from these kinds of things. For some reason, it just bugs her like crazy and will try to do anything to help.
But under that ‘bossy’ skin, there is a completely goofy, out going girl. She could be walking in the middle of the halls with a group of people and will randomly just start dancing, or twirl in circles. Or she could be sitting down with someone just talking, and Rose will turn her head, and if she sees someone she knows, she’ll make goofy faces at them. She also likes to talk about anything, and is known just to sit down by a random person and start talking to them like she’s known them for years.
Rose is known to be the ‘daring’ type, and loves to try out new things. Well within reason. If you told her to go sky diving, heck, she’d probably try it. She’s not shy at all, and that’s one of the things that most of her friends like about her. She like’s to be… different then other people and will stop at nothing to try something that interests her.
As for her temper? You’d probably want to steer clear of making her mad. To Rose, this would be the number one thing that she hates about herself. Something she just can’t help exploding at someone. It could be to her parents, someone she doesn’t know, or to her friends. Though, most things can’t trigger off that volcano that wants to explode. But some things do, from people nagging her, or stealing her stuff when she’s using them. But when she starts arguing some people end up giving up because Rose can go on for hours if she needs to. Even if some of the stuff she brings up can be completely unrelated to the topic, she still fits it all in some how, some way.
Rose is the kind of person who will do absolutely anything to keep things that she doesn’t want out in the open safe. If she has to go to extreme measures to do so, no questions asked, she will – even if it means finding a way to ‘backstab’ someone who’s close to her. She’d find something out about that person and tell it to everyone if she had to, just to make sure that they know she is serious. It’s not something that she particularly likes to do, but if she has to, she will.
This girl is very protective over the one’s she cares about and this particular trait is one of the things that you would notice right away about her. It doesn’t matter if it’s some petty little argument that her brother is having with another person, or some duel that one of her family members or friends decided to get into, Rose would be there by their sides the whole way trying to help in every way she can, even if she doesn’t want to be involved.
Defending her own personal opinion about someone or something is another one of Rose’s biggest strengths but it could also be one of her biggest flaws. If Rose is convinced that someone is up to no good and everyone else thinks that they’re doing nothing wrong, she will step up to the plate and argue with them about it – no matter how much it could possibly hurt their relationship in the future. If she believes that something is different and not quite right, she’ll stand up to the plate and will argue against it.
Guys? Shyness? No problem what so ever. Rose is confident, and isn’t shy at all to go up and talk to some guy that looks good. Some people call Rose is a major flirt, but she doesn’t really care. She has an innocent look to her, and just throws a small grin which grabs most of the guys attention. No, she’s not some goddess who has every guy looking at her when she walks into the room. She herself wouldn’t like that, but she loves the attention that she gets from the ones who do.
Family: Hermione Jean Weasley (Granger), Ronald Billius Weasley, Hugo Weasley
History: On a very stormy day on the 9th of May, Rose Abigail Weasley was born into the word, weighing 7 pounds, three ounces, with a tuft of brown hair and murky blue eyes., the first daughter of Ron and Hermione Weasley. As a helpless baby, Rose was very fussy and seemed to have a temper that could possibly rival her mothers in the future. Her father would always joke around as say ‘Yup, she most definitely takes after her mother.’ Even to this day, he would still say that, earning a slap on the arm from his wife.
During her younger years of life, Rose was defiantly Daddy’s little girl. There was never a time that both father and daughter were separated, unless it was night time when they were sleeping but Rose would still climb into bed with her mother and father. She was also very shy, and when she was to meet new people for the first time, Rose would hide behind her mother or fathers legs, and would peek her head out shyly to see what was happening. But that of course all changed when she got older. Even though it was something that she couldn’t really remember, when she was a year old, her little brother, Hugo Weasley was born and a short year later, the twins, a boy and girl, were born. Rose was that normal little girl who used her baby siblings as her own personal dolls.
When she turned to be about the age of five, that was the year that she started getting into trouble (and her cousin James didn’t seem to help as he liked to be involved with all the stuff she got into.). She was getting into things that she shouldn’t have been in, one thing was her mothers wand. There were times when Ron came home to see Hermione in distress because their little girl was just causing too much trouble. She reminded Hermione of one of the twins (Ron’s brothers). Molly Weasley had said it was just normal, and some of the unexplainable events that were happening were her magic abilities starting to shine through.
The next few years of her life flew by quickly, but most of the time she was some what alone as her cousins were off at Hogwarts and her siblings were too young to understand anything that she was interested in. But before she knew it, it was her eleventh birthday. Every eleven year old remembers that day. She had awoken to see a tawny owl sitting on her dresser. As a reaction, she screamed with joy as she took the letter from the owl and ripped it open, reading over the letter. In the process, her father and brothers and sister came storming up to her room almost breaking the door off its hinges.
Rose had a fair idea of what Hogwarts, after all, her cousins, parents, and other family members had told her all about it, but it still surprised her. She was going to be living and was going to be taught in this large castle. As she and the other first year students walked into the Great Hall, things were just a blur for her. Before she knew it, the hat was placed on her own head, and she was sorted into the Red and Gold house, Gryffindor, Over that time, Rose had turned from the shy little girl with the cute black pigtails that she was as a little kid to an older and mature young teen. Hermione would always tell her that she reminded her of herself when she was in Hogwarts. Quiet and shy on the out side, but out going and exciting on the inside and very good at those charms and hexes. As for her current place in life, Rose is now in her sixth year, dealing with more troubles that she possibly wanted.

RP Sample: It was a unusual day for a little girl. Only ten years old and reaching the height of 55 inches. Her Obsidian/Pitch black colored hair gently swooping down behind her and waving along with the gentle wind breeze that blown in the streets of London. It was only a week or two before the first school day would start but already could she feel the patience of all the waiting fade away. Quite unusual since she was known to the feeling of having to wait for months before something happen. But somehow today was a very fine day for the child. Unlike usually her face was not colored with its usual pale ghostly color but a warm lively rosiness warmed her cheeks and childish curiosity sparkled playfully in her eyes. The clothes of the girl just followed the example of the girl her image and the current late summer season. The child her thin and fragile body was covered by a single one piece yellow summer dress that ran down until her ankles while a summer hat shared the same color as the rest of her outfit. To finish the sight the child was wearing a pair of sandals making her look much like a muggle, at least if it wasn’t for the fact a wizard could easily feel the presence of magic inside her little body. Next to her a man was walking. Unlike usually it was not one of her parents nor one of her family members, it was a healer from the hospital for wizards. Just like the little child he shared exact the same muggle image. A plain blue jeans, a pair of sneakers and a plain brown sleeveless shirt to finish his outfit, but unknown to others his wand was hidden closely inside his pocket.
The man came to a halt when he noticed the little girl was no longer walking next to her. Don’t …. Don’t tell me she was doing something silly again! That must have been what the man had thought. Quickly looking around worries appeared on his expression. He couldn’t lose such a child in a muggle city. And as if destiny wanted to reply his question he had found the child. Right behind him was a small alley parting two large buildings from each other and inside the middle of it was a small grass park. A couple of trees dwelled inside the place while a little flower field unfolded itself between the shelter of trees. Of course he understood what was going on. Knowing the little girl he smiled softly and approached her just to see the child was kneeling inside the flower field, gently waving her hands over their pedestals. For a while he remained quite before smiling warmly, a nearby bird swooped down the sky and gently landed on the girl her shoulder, chirping a soft morning song before disappearing into the sky again. Now he understood it. The beauty this innocent child wanted to treasure. Extending his hand toward her he was about to try to get her attention but her soft voice that sounded a little sadden.
“Say mister Leo…. Are there flower fields in Hogwarts also?”
The man smiled softly at her words. He remembered his days at Hogwarts where he had to meet flowers and trees and even unnatural magical plants that it simply annoyed him at times, still he understood her thought. Being separated from fauna and flora was a hell for this child. When the girl turned around to him he gazed into those gentle eyes of her. A dark grey color that reminded him of a stormy night, but unlike a storm her eyes had been soft and enjoyable to gaze into. Nodding slightly the man answered in a warm tone.
“There are allot of flowers inside Hogwarts and you might even learn to create some yourself.”
The corners of the girl her lips curled up lightly. Somehow she felt a little more comfortable hearing there had been flowers but something still made her worried. Had there been animals inside the school also? Was there a forest for her to play into? Little did she known about how many times she would have little adventures in the forbidden forest during her school years but right now fear of losing contact with nature remained very high. But once more the man smiled and replied.
“There is no need to be worried. There will be even more animal species then you ever see in the muggle world.”
The girl nodded softly as the man motioned her to follow if the magic world had flowers and animals then she wouldn’t mind going there. Smiling happily the girl stood up and ran past the man, while taking a hold of his hand while she guided him out of the field and soon they had been walking on the streets of London once more.
The sound of cars resounded near her as they passed a crowded street where a bunch of cars waited to get over the traffic lights. Somehow the sight made the healer a little confused. Muggles could be so strange, you never had this problem with brooms… Soon they arrived at the café that was the entrance to the magical place known as the Diagon alley. Entering the café that the girl now known as the Leaky Cauldron.
Once inside the child felt lightly intimidated by the noisy place. Wizards and witches crowding together to drink a good glass of whatever adults of the magical world would drink. Here and there a group was hiding from the sight and trying to do many kind of weird handles in dark or forbidden goods. And much more. Somehow the noisy place worked on the girl her mind and instantly the healer felt her little hands clutching themselves tightly around his hand while she moved closer toward him. The barman seemed to stop washing his glasses while nodding his head toward the healer and then gazing toward the little child. Somehow the girl felt even more scared at the curious eyes of the man and quickly shuffled behind the healer to seek shelter from everyone while her little head peeked from behind him. She couldn’t prevent herself from feeling curious also. The man smiled softly as he said in a cheerful tone.
“Ah is this the child you had been talking about Leo? The kid that almost ended up blowing up a floor of the hospital when her magic gotten unstable?”
The sound of laughter filled the pub when some of the drinkers heard the barman speak. They had read in the Daily Prophet someone nearly obliterated all the defensive charms cast on one of the S.T Mungo’s hospital floors and for a while it was guessed Death Eaters had been taking actions again but to hear the responsibility was with a mere shy ten years old only made them laugh even more. The child could feel her cheeks burning into a light red color from embarrassment while the healer grinned softly and replied.
“It indeed is her my good Tom. Still you better not make Shizune more embarrassed or she ends up blowing up the Leaky Cauldron.”
Tom had grinned softly while he offered the healer a drink but in the end he Leo declined it and guided her toward the back of the pub showing a long stone wall. Before he was about to open the hidden gate to the Diagon Alley he waved his wand and the child her clothes transformed into a long black robe and a wizard hat to finish the image before he changed his clothes to his wizard outfit also.
“We don’t want people to think you’re a muggle.”
The man laughed softly as he pressed a series of rocks before the wall started to make way and revealed the crowded alley. Somehow the child could feel she was never going to forget this day. Her eyes had widen a little as she walked into the alley. Wizards and Witches moved from one place to another searching for a item for their next year or work. But their own destination was already decided. First they would visit the Ollivander’s wand shop. Once they arrived at the shop that was located near the place the man released the child and explained that she should visit the owner while he would get her books and soon she followed his advice and entered the shop.
The door closed itself behind her and somehow the noise of outside faded away. The girl felt her body shiver lightly from nervousness as she took a few steps. She moved closer into the dark shop. The faint candle light filled the room and the girl noticed the many small boxes that stood at the wall. Somehow the sound of footsteps reached her ears and soon the old fragile appearance of a man appeared. He seemed to have suffered from the old age he was in but his soft silvery colored eyes gently gazed at the child. His long thin fingers holding a large wand in his hands as he noticed the child and spoken in a warm tone.
“A child? What can I do for you my dear? As you can guess my name is Ollivander. I guess you are here for one of my wands. Let me search one for you.”
The child seemed to have troubles speaking even a single world but before she could gain the courage to speak the man already disappeared into the large bookcases filled with small boxes. For a while he remained gone before returning and holding a long wand inside his hands.
“Try it out my dear~”
The girl nodded lightly while hesitating before taking the wand. Somehow the wand seemed to be much larger then her hand and even a little hard to handle. For a while she tried to find a good way to handle it before a small blue spark appeared from it and was the signal it wouldn’t work well.
“I-I-I don’t think this will be a good one for me mister… My name is Shizune Lambotte.”
The man smiled softly as the girl introduced herself and after a few minutes he took the wand again and left back into the corridors of the shop. It took at least a hour while the man kept shifting from wand to wand but none had fit the child. After a while he came to a halt. What about that one wand? He remembered there was once a familiar case as this girl. Every wand declined her but a single wand chosen her as its only wielder. A real master piece but so rare that it could match the wand of Harry Potter in rareness. The man moved toward a darker part of the shop before returning to the girl and giving her the wand.
For a while the child silently gazed toward the wand before something unusual happened. A fierce windblown inside the shop before a small black colored gust started to gather at the girl her legs. Soon afterwards above her a white variation of the gust started blowing and soon it looked like the child was engulfed in a little tornado with a mixture of white and black colors. It was fascinating….
“Darkness and Light…. This child possesses both with such a high degree that she could become a gentle strong witch or a dark terrifying deadly one. 6 inches… One of tiniest wands ever created. The wood of the wand is made from a ancient Mahogony and the hair of a Veela as a core. Such a wand I only made two times in my whole life…”
A few seconds later the magical wind stopped blowing as the child looked toward Ollivander with her eyes blinking softly. Was such a thing supposed to happen when a wand chosen its wielder?
